You will find the Spa office key either on Sanitar or in the jackets. It is marked with blue tape.

After obtaining the key, go to the ground floor of theeast wing of the Littoral spa, in front of the door 110. Simply enter the room after opening it to validate this objective. To complete the quest, you must also survive a raid on the Littoral, at any time, as long as the quest is active.
