Mission text:
I misjudged my abilities yesterday in a friendly meeting. Don't worry, we've sailed through much worse storms than that. One time I was so drunk I couldn't find the gearbox on this thing. So I tied my hand to the lever with a bandage! Ingenuity is a machinist's basic principle! Ragman needed to check some merchandise, and I'm a veteran in that field. Except I can't remember, to save my life, whether we finally managed to get his test sample or not. Well, it doesn't matter. If it's that important, we can meet again. An evening like this, it's a sin not to do it again, I know you'd like that too! But still, if you must visit Ragman, ask him about the hooch, I promised to help him. And now I don't even know if I helped him or not.

To complete this quest, you'll need to hand over a bottle of "Fierce Bambi" hooch to the BTR driver and ask him questions about the facility beneath the spa and the key cards to access it.
