Before going to the three-storey Customs dormitory, you must first retrieve the forged USB key.
It's in the boot of a faded red car located on the main deck to the east of the zone.

Apart from the falsified USB key, you also need these 2 items to complete this quest:

- SV-98 precision bolt action rifle 7.62 x 54 mm R :
Only kill SMP operators. You're not allowed to kill a single Scav (even Boss Scavs). To avoid alerting Scavs to this restriction, equip yourself with a silenced weapon and Zarya stun grenades.
Doing this quest at night can be advantageous, as the Scavs will find it harder to spot you. Don't forget to put the gold Roler Submariner wristwatch in your secure container to avoid losing it if you die.
Having a friend can be a great help: he or she will ensure your safety during deposits and manage the Scavs. Once you've completed the preparatory phase, head for the top floor of the three-storey dormitory.
In the center of the top floor, just opposite the staircase, you'll see a pile of garbage. This is where you'll need to place your quest items. Once you've placed all the required items, you'll need to go to an extraction point to validate the quest.

WARNING :
- Even after dropping all the items, killing a Scav will cause the quest to fail.
- Don't kill any Scavs until you've completed the raid and validated the quest with Skier.
- You don't have to survive the extraction to complete it.
