To complete this quest, go to the office in room 303 of the 3-storey dormitory in Customs. To access it, you'll need the key to room 303 of the dormitory.
The golden Zippo Lighter will be added to your inventory of quest items ("Quests" section) once recovered. If you die, you'll have to find it again.
Then head for the prefab to the west of the large red warehouse.
Use the Trailer Park Cab Key (received at the start of the quest) to open the door.
Inside, hold down the action button (F by default) for 30 seconds to drop in the gold Zippo Lighter. Any interruption will reset the countdown. Once deposited, the quest will be completed, even if you subsequently die.
