Hello, young man. I'm really glad to see you. I have an important mission, and it's not one that just anyone can do. Are you up for it? Then listen carefully. Do you know the sawmill in the woods? Well, during the Contract Wars, it was used as one of TerraGroup's makeshift supply bases. And I'm very interested in TerraGroup's supply plans for this region. They should be somewhere in the area. Search the workers' barracks; there should be a secure briefcase with a distinctive symbol on it.

Deliver the 0052 secure box to La Toubib

You must find and deliver the safety box 0052 for documents to complete this quest:
You have to pick up the Safety box 0052 for documents in one of the barracks in the sawmill (on the Lumber map).
The hut is the one at the top of the sawmill, I show it to you on the map:

The document is under the bed.
You then have the choice of giving it to Skier or La Toubib.
