I don't understand the proposed mastery trees... I'm not a pro, far from it, but: boosting precision and extending debuffs... When it doesn't place any debuffs.
I have one question and one suggestion. My question is what is PV%? I am not sure what that means. My suggestion is that you change the color of the green you use as it is hard to see on the pc. A darker shade would help. Thank you.
