Attack an enemy. Before attacking, has a 50% chance to place a [DEF Reduction] of 60% for 2 turns. If 5 or more enemies are alive, perform the following attack instead: Attack all enemies. Before attacking, places a 25% [Increase ATK] buff on this champion for 2 turns.

Tainted Sinner's Story (Defiled Sinner)
An unseen terror lurks the streets of Arnoc, killing by night and draining the blood of its victims. Bands of militiamen and municipal guards have scoured the slums countless times, but to no avail. Dozens of people had been found dead on several occasions, killed by this mysterious murderer with disconcerting ease. It didn't take long for rumors to spread through the city and terrified citizens to tell of a demon whose eternal hunger drives him to kill and feast on the souls of those he kills. The truth is only slightly less terrifying. The culprit is not a demon, but a master assassin who was hanged in the town square many years ago. Whether by the hand of a dark mage or by his own hatred and the will of Siroth, this ruthless warrior rose from his grave and now endures in death. Apparently the execution didn't dull his murderous skills, it simply made the assassin thirst for the blood of the living. So, armed with his own skills and the vile predatory instincts of a vampire, he roams Arnoc and wreaks misguided vengeance on all who cross his path. While undoubtedly a monster, the Tainted Sinner is also a highly skilled warrior, and his talents allow him to fight many foes at once with fearsome efficiency. Some less scrupulous Heralds of the Arbiter may wish to bind him to their will rather than send him back to the grave.
