History of Madame Serris
A long time ago, a woman lived in the capital of Aravia. Coming from a line of noble elves, she knew neither poverty nor want. Serris – as her loving mother called her – was a shrewd child who greedily consumed whatever her private guardians could provide. It wasn't long before her magical abilities manifested and the girl received an education in the arcane realm. Over time, Serris became a great mage. She was talented, daring and extremely intelligent. But no matter how hard she pushed her talents to the limit, it was never enough. His ultimate goal was simple, rudimentary even, but so desirable: eternal life and youth. And to achieve this, she immersed herself in forbidden traditions. First cautiously, wary of the horrors she might unleash. But as the answer eluded her, Serris lost count of the limits she had crossed. A less experienced dark arts practitioner would have been caught and banished long ago, or worse, but Serris was always one step ahead of his would-be persecutors. Always amiable and charismatic, she managed to trap several rivals and escape the consequences of her crimes. So, over the years, she slowly pieced together little pieces of history, crafting a ritual that she believed would imbue her with unalterable beauty. This ritual required a lot of preparation, exotic ingredients and, worst of all, the sacrifice of one's own blood. In the darkest night, Serris gathered all the necessary reagents and set about preparing his marvelous elixir. Unfortunately, not everything went as planned. As Serris took a sip of his brew, a great flash of light streaked through the chambers of his tower, setting them on fire and destroying centuries of knowledge. Serris herself had been burned by the witches' flame, and though her body remained unscathed, her skin had forever taken on a greenish color and her eyes were a bright yellow. Thus marked, she had no choice but to flee the capital, pursued by the Adjudicators and even the Templars of the Sacred Order. Although her beauty was preserved forever in this evil way, Serris soon realized that it was only a matter of skin. Her body would continue to wither and die if she didn't do something about it. This is why Serris, who took the title of Madame, now travels Teleria in search of a way to carry out her project. Her mastery of magic is impressive to say the least, and her lack of morals means that the witch is likely to ally herself with whoever she pleases. As long as she finds her account there.
