What I advise you on the champion:

Raise it 6* if you need to. For the arena if it is for its A3 no need for precision a maximum of damage. Otherwise don't forget the precision for his A1 and A2. For me his concern = his speed which is really low.

I will use it in: Arena, Faction Crypt, Dragon, Ice Golem, Wave Doom Tower
Use for : Its "Utility" debuffs (Break Def, Atq, precision, etc...), ATB Control (Atb reduction, speed reduction), Nuker AOE, Nuker Single Target
