Fills the Turn Counter of all allies with 10%. Also fills each ally's Turn Counter with an additional 5% if they have active buffs granted to them by this Champion.

A3 = Lifting the veil | CD = 6 turns
Revives all dead allies with 50% of HP and 50% of Turn Counter.
Also places a [perfect veil] on all allies except this Champion for 2 turns.

A4 = Metamorphic | CD = 4 turns
Switches this Champion to its alternative Form. Then grants an extra turn.

[Passive Effect]
This Champion receives 5% less damage for every 100 RES it possesses (accumulates to 25%).
[Active Effect]
Prevents the death of this Champion and keeps him alive with 1 HP when struck by a fatal blow, then equalizes his HP. This Champion's HP level will be reduced to the team's average HP level.
