Reduces the Turn Counter of all enemies by 10%. Reduces each enemy's Turn Counter by a further 5% if they are under a debuff. [Active Skills Block], [RES Reduction]. Where [Dizziness] placed by this Champion.

Attack all enemies. Before attacking, remove all buffs from all enemies.
Then place a debuff [Block Active Skills] for 2 rounds.
This attack will not trigger counter-attacks.

Place a buff [Increased PRE] 50% on all allies for 2 turns. Then has a 50% chance to place a debuff. [RES reduction] on all enemies for 2 turns and a debuff [Dizziness] on all enemies for 1 turn.
Level 2: Ignore RES +20%
A4 = Metamorphic | CD = 4 turns
Returns this Champion to its basic form. Then grants an additional turn.

Increases this Champion's ERP to 75% of its RES when placing debuffs or activating instant effects.
[Active Effect]
If an enemy's ERP is higher than this Champion's RES, has a 50% chance of returning any debuff. [Fear], [Absolute Fear], [Freeze], [Provocation], [Sleep], [Daze]. Where [Petrification] on the enemy when he places these debuffs on that Champion.
