What I advise you on the champion:

Champion useful in early and mid game for stun. It's based on DEF so pretty good. He will be strong against champions who play full stun.

I will use it in: Arena, Dragon, Spider, Ice Golem
Use for : Control Debuff (Stun, Freeze, etc...), Nuker AOE, Tank
When to use the champion (Playtime): Early, Mid Game, Special case
