What I advise you on the champion:

Can be a debuff block if playing in 4/3 in the bdc. Very useful in the faction crypt and can be used in the drake. Personally more mid game than early game.

I will use it in: Clan Boss, Faction Crypt, Dragon

Grizzled Jarl Story

Like the great kingdoms of Kaerok and Aravia, the Dwarves follow a loosely feudal system based on a core of noble bloodlines. Descendants of heroes and legends of old, these nobles bear the burden of leadership in times of peace and war. Among them are many jarls, the rulers of small dwarven towns and fortresses scattered throughout the underworld.
