Story of Mountain King
Few things are as magnificent and terrifying as the King of the Mountains leading a dwarven army. By right of birth and right of might, he is the ruler of all dwarven humanity, the unchallenged master of all that lies beneath the Mountains of Despair. His warlike cries drive his own to ever greater feats, and his skill is rightly feared by Ogryn and demon alike. While still a young prince, he fought and slew a would-be king of the bloodthirsty Ogryns who sought to carve out a domain in the distant lands – and helpless, as they imagined in their pride – of the Dwarves. Later, he rallied his race against the forces of Siroth and personally defeated countless enemies as well as the foul demon that caused the invasion. Today he marches with the vanguard of the dwarves, for it is the king's duty to ensure that his people remain safe and that all who dare threaten him are thwarted. Armed with an ax said to have belonged to the ancestor of all dwarves, the mountain king scatters his enemies right and left with the fury of a waking volcano. No amount of armor can stop his fearsome weapon, not even powerful protective magic can ward it off. Earning the King's respect and help is difficult, as it always is with Dwarves, but his strength would be a definite asset to the Champions of Lumaya.
