Resets the Turn Counter of all enemies with less than 50% HP. Has a 80% chance of placing, for 2 turns, a debuff of [ATK Reduction] of 50% on all enemies. Also has a 80% chance of placing a [DEF Reduction] of 60% on all enemies. Get an Extra Turn if an enemy's Turn Meter is Reset by this Skill.
