History of Turvold

La naissance de Turvold est entourée de mystère. Certains pensent qu’il est né de l’union d’une sorcière ermite et d’un géant, une rumeur qui lui a valu le surnom plutôt approprié de “Giantson”. Le reste de sa jeunesse est marqué par des histoires à dormir debout, la plupart racontées par Turvold lui-même. On dit qu’il a été découvert enfant par un groupe de chasseurs norrois dans les profondeurs de la forêt et qu’il a été adopté par l’un d’entre eux.

Sa force et sa résistance contre nature lui ont permis de devenir, en temps voulu, le guerrier le plus respecté de la tribu. On dit qu’il a tué à lui seul un terrible Wyrm qui a terrorisé la région pendant plus de cent ans. C’est dans le magot du Wyrm qu’il a trouvé une puissante épée, imprégnée du froid de l’hiver par les grands forgerons d’autrefois.

Pris par le désir de faire ses preuves, Turvold a parcouru le pays en tant que mercenaire pendant plusieurs décennies et s’est fait un nom au service des nobles de Kaerok et d’Aravia. Bien qu’il ait plus d’un siècle, le sang des géants qui coule dans ses veines lui permet de rester aussi puissant qu’il l’était dans sa jeunesse. Rendu sage par l’âge, il est devenu aussi rusé au combat que fort, capable d’exploiter les faiblesses de ses ennemis et de porter des coups terrifiants qui font trembler le sol lui-même.
