Mastery, grace and artifact guide to Vitrius the Anointed on RSL
The first strike heals this Champion for 30 % of the damage inflicted. The second strike has a 65 % chance of placing a debuff [Fear] for 1 turn.
If the target is a Boss, the second strike has a 65 % chance of placing a debuff [Reduced VIT] of 30 % for 2 turns.

A2 = Rectitude Storm| CD = 5 turns
Attack all enemies. Before attacking, remove all buffs [DEF increase], [Protecting allies] and [To strenghten. of all enemies. This effect is impossible to resist.
Also ignores 30 % of each target's DEF. Boosts this Champion's Turn Counter by 30 % for each enemy alive after the attack.

Attack an enemy twice
The first strike destroys the enemy's MAX HP by 25 % of the damage inflicted. Cannot destroy the MAX HP of a single enemy by more than 75%. If the target is a Boss, destroys MAX HP at 35 % of the damage inflicted.
The second strike will ignore 30 % of the target's DEF if it has no active skills on recharge. If the target has active skills on recharge, ignore 50 % of its DEF instead.
Ignore buffs [Shield], [Invincible] and [Damage blocking].

[P] Inexorable | CD = 5 tours
Instantly resets the cooldown of any random active skill of this Champion whenever an enemy increases the cooldown of any of its skills. Grants an extra turn if a skill's cooldown has been reset. After granting an extra turn, place the skill on cooldown.
Will also grant an extra turn if an ally, Mastery, artifact set or accessory reduces the cooldown of any of this Champion's skills. After granting an extra turn, place this skill on cooldown.
