To mount it 6*. I often recommend it in bdc teams for its A1 which increases debuffs, which allows you to have 10 debuffs throughout the run of the BDC. Its spread of debuffs can be useful.

Even in a society of scheming dark mages and ruthless assassins, Vizier Ovelis is a man to be feared. A legend among his own and a peer of no one, he is a blade in the dark that strikes where it will. Indeed, although granted a title of respect and integrated into the nobility of the Dark Elves, Ovelis has no other master than himself. Even as a young warrior, Ovelis was ambitious and dreamed of rising far above his humble station. To do this, he ventured far beyond the realm of his people. For years he sought tutors and enemies to learn from. For years, he obsessively gathered folklore and scraps of information that could lead him to acquire items of power. After all, Teleria is a land steeped in ancient magic, where the wonders and artifacts of the past lie within reach of those bold enough to seize them. Eventually fate smiled on Ovelis and a card came into his possession. It marked the location of the grave of Mairenn, a legendary assassin whose deeds date back to the schism that separated the once united elven race. Thanks to his cunning, his courage and his unfailing determination, Ovelis managed to enter the hidden basilica and thwart the many traps it contained. The "allies" who accompanied him in this adventure perished to the last, but that suited the future vizier perfectly. He didn't need to share the glory that way, or have a rival to claim the scimitars of Mairenn that lay in his sarcophagus at the very heart of the complex. Though the magic used to forge these blades was as volatile as their late mistress is said to have been, they were still fearsome. When Ovelis returned, he did so triumphantly. Armed with his skills, experience, and mighty weapons, he battled his bloody path to the pinnacle of Dark Elf society. Many would-be rivals were found dead in their seemingly impenetrable domains, slain by poison or blade. Few accounts of these feuds exist, though a single terrified slave claimed that his master was killed by a shapeless shadow that moved unheard and dissipated into nothingness when the deed was done. Whether it's the illusions of a wretch or the powerful magic conjured by the blades entrusted to Ovelis, all remains in the realm of rumor and speculation.
