Attacks an enemy. Depletes the target's maximum HP by 30% of the damage inflicted. Also heals this champion by 30% of the damage inflicted.

Attack all enemies. Has a 75% chance to place a debuff [leech] for 2 turns. Also has 75% chance to steal 50% from the turn counter of champions: Lords of the Oriflamme, Sacred Order or High Elves. Otherwise, has 75% chance to reduce the turn counter by 50% against targets not belonging to these factions.

This page is out of date. Vlad's A3 attacks all enemies. And the two debuffs combined make it an excellent champion in arena, campaign or tower, provided you give it plenty of speed and precision and full attack. He can turn campaign levels into nightmares and wreak havoc in the arena.
