Before soaking :
Immaculate weaving transmitted by Varré. Final test to join the knights of Mohg, lord of blood.
"Soak the cloth in a young girl's blood. The blood of the first Servant to come along will do. It's not as if you own one anyway".
After soaking :
Entirely red fabric, dyed with the blood of a young girl.
The final trial is over. The Mohg luminary will surely welcome you into his service, as a knight who will lay the foundations of his dynasty.

Bloodlord's Favor locations. Where to find "Bloodlord's Favor" in Elden Ring?
The player will obtain the Blood Lord's Favor by progressing through "Masque Blanc Varre, series of quests" spent in Limgrave, and speak to him at the Church of the Roses in Liurnia des Lacs.
Players must obtain a purulent bloody finger from Varre and invade other players 3 times (you can invade and return to your world immediately).
Talk to Varre again and agree to be knighted, and you'll be given an oath of pure white and instructed to dip it in a maiden's blood. This can be done by going to the Church of Inhibition or the Chapel of Anticipation. There will be a dead girl where you can obtain the bloody white oath.
List of quests using the San Lord's Favor
The Favour of the Lord of Blood can be used to progress through "Masque Blanc Varre, the quest series". Once obtained, players must dip it in the blood of a young girl: the nearest will be the corpse of a young girl in the Church of Inhibition, north-east of Liurnia. The corpse may also be found in the Chapel of Anticipation, if you have unlocked the second of the four belfries.
You can also soak the fabric by killing Hyetta or Irina.
Take the fabric back to Varre to progress through the series of quests.
