Pal Fluid: Where Can You Find It?
To collect Pal fluid, you must defeat or capture Water-type Pals. Early in the game, eliminating them is still the fastest way.
Be aware that some don't provide any at all, such as Penking, Gobfin Ignis Where Relaxaurus. The drop also varies depending on the Pal: you can get leather on some of them, or meat with Kelpsea.

Pengullet tends to run away as soon as you get close, so be sure to Unlock the old bow at level 3 to take it out from a distance. Beginner players will find these two Pals much more quickly than the other species on the list.
Where can you find the Pals that give Pal fluids?
All these Pals live near the water, so you can spot them easily right from the starting area. Head toward the beaches, them rivers and the game's lakes : You just have to walk along their banks during your exploration to come across them. Their color blue makes them easy to distinguish from the others Types of Pals. On the beaches, they often appear in groups, which lets you capture or eliminate several of them in a row.

The fluid is also used to make a glove to use Celaray as a glider, or a saddle to go up Surfent. These are items that let you take full advantage of your Pals' abilities as travel companions.
Starting on Level 19, you need it to make cement, a resource that is increasingly in demand. Toward the Level 30, you use a lot of it to build defensive positions and other facilities.
Between the Levels 30 and 35, this cement also allows you to craft higher-tier Pal spheres (Tera and Ultra), making it easier to capture high-level Pals.
