This passage in Hogwarts Legacy inspires you to return to normal life as a student of Hogwarts by taking a break from their investigation of ancient magic, until a brief encounter with Ashwinders reminds you that their hunt continues. Which shows you that the surroundings of Hogwarts and the wizarding world in general is not immune to threats. We're going to talk about what's going to happen until Professor Fig returns.

Botany course
On your way to Hogwarts Greenhouses, you meet Professor Garlick, who teaches botany. She begins this lesson by asking the students to pot mandrakes, then asks them to plant dittams. Talk to Professor Garlick, then return to the Potting Table to plant Dictame, which will be used to brew Wiggenweld potions once it grows.
Leander Prewett, a Gryffindor student, joins you to take care of Chinese cabbages in the next greenhouse, at the teacher's request. You discover the battle items this way, so you grab the cabbages and try to throw them at the dummy in the greenhouse to see them in action. They're handy in a fight and deal decent damage, so it might be worth learning how to farm them at some point. Return to class and chat with Professor Garlick to complete the lesson.
potions lesson
On your way to potions class, you will meet Professor Sharp, who teaches potions. He begins the lesson by asking the students to brew a Wiggenweld potion, which can be used to heal wounds. Follow the on-screen instructions to brew the potion; next, Professor Sharp suggests you also learn how to brew an Edurus potion. Head to Sharp's office only to be interrupted by Garreth Weasley, who wants you to steal ingredients for a potion he's brewing in Sharp's office. If you decide to help him, all you need to do is grab a few more items while you're in the office to get the ingredients for the Edurus potion. After getting the ingredients and, optionally, handing over the ingredients to Garreth, you can start brewing your Edurus potion to continue the course.
If you helped Garreth brew his potion, it will launch blue sparks in the air and catch Sharp's attention. Talk to Sharp to end the class, and if you helped Weasley, you'll receive a brief reprimand for contributing to his chaos.
Find Natty in Campolard-en-bas
You will also meet Natty in Campolard-en-bas, where she will reveal her intention to investigate Rookwood in hopes of ending their threat, and you will have the opportunity to tell her about the events of the opening of Gringotts.
After that, you can go further into Campolard-en-bas to find dark wizards threatening a woman. These are Ashwinders in the service of Rookwood who are looking for you, so a fight begins.
You must remember everything you have learned by participating in the game of Magic Jousts. Use the right spells to break through their shields and make good use of Protego and Stupefy to protect yourself and counterattack.
After defeating the former, an Ashwinder Duelist will arrive and can use unblockable spells, indicated by a red warning around your head that should be dodged instead.
After the fight is over, the witch they were threatening introduces herself as Nora Treadwell and explains that she is investigating Merlin's trials. After explaining them, she shows you how to activate them.
For this trial, you need to light up each of the three pillars quickly using Incendio, as they sink into the ground and reset if you take too long. After solving the trial, Nora thanks you for your help and suggests that you look for other trials of Merlin in the area.
