To access Frigost Island, you will need to take the boat west of the continent, in Cania Bay. The quest that follows is an alignment quest on Frigost.

Recall :
- The XP and Kamas rewards, as well as difficulty and time information, are given at the zone level and for a single character.
- To move to a map: hold down CTRL + left click on the mini-map to launch autopilot to the desired square. This feature is available from level 10 and to subscribers.
Quest priority : Secondary.
Quest difficulty : 2/10
Time to complete quest : 10-15 minutes

- Zone level: 50
- Quest: Training with Tarche
- Being a Bontarian
NPC and Position of acquisition : Amayiro in the Bonta Militia [-32,-57] (see attachment)

- Go to Frigost

Step 1 : Talk to Amayiro about Frigost's reappearance.
2nd step : Head to [-34,-16] to speak with Captain Ardier, who will take you to Frigost.
Step 3: Head to the ground floor of City Hall to speak with Lucette Brifian.
Step 4: Go upstairs to speak with Mayor Cantile.
Step 5: Head to the Archives Tower at [-78,-43] to speak with Hugo Frais.
Step 6: Return to Amayiro in the Bonta Militia to complete the quest.
