New RSL merge: September 30, 2021 Sigmund the Highshield. (High shield?)
On Thursday, September 30, we plan to launch a fusion event for a new champion – Sigmund the Highshield.

Sigmund the Highshield should find a noble place in both PvP and PvE as he has a universal but still useful skill set.
With his A1, he removes a random buff from an enemy, with an increased chance against bosss, and he also removes shield buffs.
His A2 allows him to control enemies with Taunt and debuff them with ATK reduction.
With the help of A3, he will protect and strengthen your entire team.
When hit, Sigmund reduces the duration of enemy buffs with increased chance against Bosses.
Additionally, he has an Aura strong enough for Doom Tower – 40% Ally DEF.
Sigmund's Skills
A1 – Fairer fight
Attack 1 enemy. Removes all [Shield] buffs. Also has a 50% chance to remove a random buff
. Has 75 % chance when attacking boss.
A2 – CD Battlefield Beacon – 4
Attacks all enemies 2 times. Each hit has a 50% chance to inflict a [Provoke] debuff for 1 turn and a 75% chance to place a 50% [Decrease ATK] debuff for 2 turns.
A3 – CD Realm Shield – 5
Grants all allies a [Shield] buff for 2 turns equal to 30% of this champion's MAX HP. Furthermore,
places a [reinforcement] buff of 25% on all allies for 2 turns.
A4 – Fair [P]
Each time this champion is attacked, it has a 20% chance to reduce the duration of all attacker's buffs by 1 turn.
Has 40% chance instead when attacked by a Boss.
Opinion without stats:
His A3 can be interesting, surely with -1 to 2 rounds of CDs with books. So we'll start with a full PV champion if that's the case.
Unless his A2 has a big damage multiplier. It needs precision.
For the moment he is pretty good to see his stats (especially his speed) and his base HP and DEF.
