Morrigaine will be of great help in the fights against Bosses and Champions.
With the A1, she attacks 1 enemy and places a VIT Debuff on them. Having a reliable SPD drop on the A1 is always a good thing against Bosses like Iron Twins, Hydra, Tower of Woe Bosses, etc. Using Q2, Morrigaine steals all buffs from the target enemy and places an Absolute Fear debuff on all enemies. If the enemy is a Boss, she will place an ACC Decrease debuff instead. So, with this skill, Morrigaine can control PvE waves and deal with high ACC Bosses. Also, there is no hit in this skill, so there is no chance of a weak hit.
Morrigaine's A3 is just a matter of SPDs and filling up the Rev Counters. First it reduces the Turn Counters of all enemies, then it fills the Turn Counters of all allies and applies a VIT increase buff to them. If you don't have a good Turn Counter filler for the Arena, Morrigaine can fill that slot. Moreover, you will be able to control waves of enemies as do Lyssandra Where Deacon Armstrong (Deacon Armstrong). You can also use this skill in Boss fights, but watch out for Bosses punishing you for manipulating the Turn Counter. Again, no hits are needed to decrease the target's Turn Counters with this skill.
Thanks to her Passive, Morrigaine places a Healing Reduction debuff on the most injured enemy at the start of each turn. This debuff is fully shielded, meaning neither your team nor the enemy team can do anything with it. It cannot be withdrawn, extended, transferred, etc. This Passive can become very useful against teams with healers or against Bosses that are forced to heal or steal your Continuous Heal buffs.
On top of that, Morrigaine Increases Allies' SPD in all Combats with her Aura.

Attack 1 enemy. Has a 50% chance of placing a 30% [VIT Decrease] debuff for 2 turns.
Lvl. 2 Damage +5%.

Lvl. 4 Buff/Debuff Chance +10%.

CRY OF THE BANSHEE
Has a 75% chance to steal all buffs from a target enemy.
Also has a 75% chance to inflict the [Absolute Fear] debuff on all enemies for 1 turn.
Places a 50% debuff of [ACC Decrease] for 2 turns if the target is a Boss.
Lvl. 2 Chance to place a Buff/Debuff +10%.
Lvl. 3 Chance to place a Buff/Debuff +15%
Lvl. 4 Refill -1
VELOCITY
Has a 75% chance to reduce all enemies' turn counters by 20%.
Fills all allies' turn meters with 20% and places a 30% [Increase VIT] buff on all allies for 2 turns.
Lvl. 2 Chance to place a Buff/Debuff +10%.
Lvl. 3 Chance to place a Buff/Debuff +15%

SHE WHO IS DEATH [P]
At the start of each turn, places a 100% [Healing Reduction] debuff for 2 turns on the enemy with the lowest HP. This debuff cannot be removed, transferred, spread, or have its duration increased or decreased by enemies or allies.

Increases the Vit of allies by 19% in all battles.

Really nice fusion champion whether it's early or endgame (for those who don't have Lyssandra for example). You will just have to see its basic stats (if the speed follows or not). We must not forget the precision on this champion for those who want to play it!
