RSL, champion upgrades and improvements March 2022

Some info on the next update we are working on.
We have a whole pack of champions that will be rebalanced. You can find the list of these champions along with the adjustments below. Changes are written in bold.

1. Yakarl the Scourge

[Winter Axe]

Attack 1 enemy 2 times. Each move has 20%–>40% chance to place a [Freeze] debuff for 1 turn.

Ignores 25% of the target's DEF against targets under [Freeze] debuffs.

 

[Ride-Blizzard]

Attack 1 enemy. Has a 75% chance of placing a 30% [Speed Reduction] debuff for 3 turns and a 75% chance of placing a [Freeze] debuff for 1 turn.

Will also steal 100% from the target's Turn Meter and place a 30% [Speed Boost] buff on that Champion for 3 turns.

Ignores 50% of the target's DEF against targets under [Freeze] debuffs.

[Frost]

Attack all enemies. Has a 75% chance of placing a [Freeze] debuff for 1 turn. This chance increases to 100% against targets with 75% or more in turn counter. Targets whose turn counter is greater than or equal to 75% cannot resist this debuff.

[Ice Lord [P]]

[Passive Effect]

Increases the damage inflicted by this champion by 10% for each enemy debuffed by [Freeze].

Also decreases the damage this champion receives by 10% for each enemy subject to a [Freeze] debuff.

[Effect active]

Grants this champion an [Unkillable] buff effect for 1 turn each time he kills an enemy under a [Freeze] debuff.

[Will have]

Increases ally's ATK by 33% in all battles. (before = 43% in the tower of misfortune)

2. Cleopterix

Feather Dams:

Damage increased

Celestial Punishment:

Damage increased

3. Samar Maudigemme:

All his damage is increased

4. Skartorsis

Rebirth:

7 – 6 rounds of CD.

Removes debuffs then heals.

5. Nobel

Goes from 92 -> 98 base speed.

Dismay:

reduces the turn counter by 20% –> 50%

Desolation [Passive]:

50% chance to place Absolute Fear -> 75%

 

My opinion of the changes:

Yakarl can become a good nuker and if you play first can freeze the team in front without precision.

Cleopterix has seen the damage more.

Samar the same but suddenly probably easier to solo the bommal 90 hard with.

Skartorsis, the character should have been basic like that, so no phew.

Nobel, becomes much more useful with his theft of 50% of turn counters, but it will still take a champion to put absolute fear or else clear the turn counter of all mobs before he plays. To test.
