Summoners War Chronicles: How to Get Early Game Monsters

This is the tutorial offered by Serena, CM of Summoners War Chronicles, thank you very much!

Summoners War Chronicles

📌 Obtaining monsters

Monsters are a summoner's best friend, hunting and clearing dungeons together!

At the beginning of the game, it is important to obtain monsters and form a powerful team in order to progress quickly.

5★ monsters are naturally stronger than 3★ or 4★ monsters, and they are essential towards the end of the game!

However, 5★ monsters are more difficult to develop as they require a greater amount of resources compared to 3★ and 4★ monsters.

This is why in the early game, it is recommended to develop 3★ and 4★ monsters which are easier to obtain and use less resources to develop.
– If you have enough materials, do not hesitate to develop the 5★ monsters which are naturally more powerful than the 3 and 4★ monsters.

Below is a recommendation of useful 3★ and 4★ monsters at the start of the game and how to get them!

Tier list Summoners War Chronicles for early game

[CM Serena Picks - TOP 5 Monsters]

#Sprite 3★ (Support) (Wind Attribute)
– A support-type monster that is very useful in the early and late game. It can use skills that can apply harmful ATK and DEF-reducing effects to enemies and skills that can increase allies' ATK and DEF.

# Garuda 3★ (Knight) (Water Attribute)
– A knight-type monster that can be used at the end of the game if it is equipped with appropriate runes. He uses skills that reduce the skill cooldown of monsters and the summoner and provide healing based on his HP.

# Fairy 3★ (Mage) (Fire Attribute)
– A versatile DPS that can apply ATK Decrease and DEF Decrease effects to enemies depending on the skill, and can dispel ATK Increase and DEF Increase effect from enemies. His skills 1 and 2 are both area skills.

# Martial Cat 4★ (Assassin) (Wind Attribute)
– A monster that can apply the DMG increase effect received to the enemy with its skill 1 and additionally apply the ATK reduction effect if the target is a boss. A powerful DPS that can be used mid to late game. (It synergizes well with the 3★ (Wind) Sprite.)

# Howl 4★ (Support) (Water Attribute)
– A support-type monster that can be used at the end of the game if it is equipped with appropriate runes. All of his skills provide healing and apply a DEF increase effect or dispel detrimental effects, making him very useful against enemies who use continuous damage or detrimental effects such as DEF reduction. The amount of healing is proportional to his HP.

⭐️ [How to get monsters]

① Selective Summoning

As you progress through the story of the Kingdom of Rahil, you will be able to Selective Summon. (When Selective Summoning becomes available will be added later)

Selective Summon can be performed 30 times, with 10 summons on each try. Even if you use all 30 tries, you will still be able to reset the summon count by completing a quest. (Quest name will be added later) (Quest can be completed indefinitely)

Use Selective Summon to summon the monsters you desire and CM Serena's selected monsters to progress through the game more easily.

② Summoner Pass

You will see a red light appear next to the minimap during your adventures.

This light indicates that daily and weekly Summoner Pass challenges have been completed while playing Chronicles.

The Summoner Pass is a season pass with a main monster in each season.

You can get the main monster parts as normal rewards.
But you can get the full monster as a premium reward if you purchase the Premium Pass.

You can also receive double rewards in Path of Growth and Essence Dungeons when Premium Pass Rewards are activated!
* Double rewards from Path of Growth and Essence Dungeons have a daily limit.

③ Obtained via events

Many events are organized on Chronicles.

Some of them will help you on your adventure.

First of all, the 7-day Special Missions to meet the Magic Swordsman will allow you to get the 3★ (Wind) Imp, the 3★ (Water) Garuda and the 3★ (Fire) Fairy just by logging in each game day.
Monster growth materials can be obtained through other missions. »

④ Monster Story

Some Monster Stories unlock based on continents and others can be done continent-independent.

Each monster story has different number of missions and difficulty. You can get the corresponding monster as well as growth materials by completing the missions.
* Some monster stories allow you to obtain specific currencies. (Example: History of Mimick (Light))

3★ monsters can be obtained at the start of the game and 5★ monsters will be available at the end of the game. Make sure to complete all the stories because some monsters are essential to complete the Region Exploration quests.

⑤ Increased Rate Monster Event and Altar Blessing

If you've completed all of the Monster Stories, you're left with only the Summons!

You can use the scrolls at the Summoning Altar to summon monsters.

There are several types of vellum such as Mystic vellum, Fire vellum, Legendary vellum, etc.
You can get them in a variety of ways, as quest rewards, by completing content, or by purchasing products. Each vellum will give you a monster.

However, Chronicles is still holding an increased rate event for certain monsters.

This event increases the summon rate of certain monsters for a certain period of time.
If a monster you want is included in the event at the increased rate, you have a much better chance of getting it through the event summon!

Also, if you perform 200 summons through the increased rate event, you are guaranteed to get the monster included in the event regardless of the summon rate.
(Example: A Queen of the Desert (Fire) can be obtained if you perform 200 event summons at the increased rate of the Queen of the Desert (Fire))

But note that the number of summons of each increased rate event is counted separately, so we recommend that you choose and focus on a specific increased rate monster event.

Also, even without the increased rate event, you can increase the summon rate of monsters you already have via Altar's Blessing.

Add 4 and 5★ monsters to Altar Blessing
to perform summons with a higher chance of summoning them compared to other 4★ and 5★ monsters. »
You can add up to eight 4★ monsters and three 5★ monsters to the altar. Usable twice a month.
* You can reset the altar even if you haven't summoned all the monsters included in the altar. Reset strategically if you got all the monsters you want.
