Update 5.80 is coming soon, and we're here to share the first bits of this new update with you. Although the 5.80 update is relatively small on the scale of things, there are some really cool things you can expect to see: a significant improvement to the referral program (including new rewards!), a new season of the Forge Pass, champion rebalancing, new skins for Madame Serris, and a bunch of new champions led by the one and only Ultimate Deathknight!

Referral Program Update
The referral program is going to see several changes in the 5.80 update. First of all, players who have already referred three friends will get additional slots (including players who will refer 3 friends after the update) if those friends have reached level 50, which means more awesome prizes! Next, we're adjusting the rewards: you'll receive shards of a unique Epic Champion (instead of 200 energy) for each friend in the first three slots that reaches level 10. Finally, you'll receive enough shards to summon a legendary champion unique if all of your listed friends in slots 4-6 have reached level 40. And you'll receive a legendary champion skin when those friends reach level 50.
Furthermore, we are adding new premium referral rewards, which you will get for your friends' activity in Raid. You will earn points each time your referred friends pass level 50, and they can share the bonuses with their referrer – if they wish! – when they make an in-game purchase on top of that. These rewards will include a unique Epic Champion Skin, a unique Avatar, and a bunch of other useful items.

New Skin: Madame Serris
Everyone loves fascinating witches, especially ones as powerful as Madame Serris. Everyone also agrees that she is already dazzling, but who is to say that a witch of her level has to settle for just one style? With upcoming Bloodveil and Hellbirth skins - Iconic and Heroic rarities respectively - she'll have an outfit for every occasion. We'll be adding these awesome skins as rewards to a number of in-game activities!
Forge Pass Season 3
A new Forge Pass is about to launch and brings a whole new Artifact set to the game. Your protection-focused champions will love it, as it combines the benefits of the old Shield Set and Regeneration, which means it will not cease to be useful even when the initial shield buff is no longer active.
Bolster Set
4 sets: Allied shield protecting 30% of HP for 3 turns. Heals the player for 10% each turn.

New champions
Justice for Deathknight is finally served! A legend will be born, more powerful than all the others, and all will tremble in awe at its skeletal glory – if we are to believe what DK himself says, at least. In addition to that, another special legendary champion will join the fight: Sniktraak, arguably Raid's hottest skinwalker warrior. This mighty hedgehog traced its lineage to the finals of the #RaidCommunityChampionContest, the same contest that birthed Kalvalax. While The Hedgehog Knight didn't win the grand prize that day, it still made the Top 3 entries, and the idea managed to win the hearts of our art team.
Armed with this inspiration, they created Sniktraak, and while considerably more vicious and darker to match the overall theme of Raid: Shadow Legends, we hope you enjoy this great champion.
