Jeon Jeong-guk, also known as Jungkook, was born on September 1, 1997. He is the group's lead singer and the youngest of the seven members.
Jungkook sings, dances, and releases solo tracks like “Euphoria.” He enjoys immense popularity as a solo artist within the community. ARMY.
The real name of Jin
Kim Seok-jin, also known as Jin, was born on December 4, 1992. He is the oldest member and one of the singers in the band, but fans know him as the joker of the group!
Jin completed his military service from December 2022 to June 2024.

Kim Tae-hyung, also known as V, was born on December 30, 1995. He is the lead singer of the band. His deep voice is instantly recognizable!

Jung Ho-seok, also known as J-Hope, was born on February 18, 1994. He is the group's rapper and lead dancer.

Kim Nam-joon, also known as RM, was born on September 12, 1994.
He is the group's leader and rapper. His stage name was originally Rap Monster, shortened to RM in 2017 with the new meaning “Real Me.”.
Since he speaks English very well, RM often serves as a spokesperson for BTS. He is also active as a solo artist, with albums such as “Indigo.”.
The real name of Suga
Min Yoon-gi, also known as Suga, was born on March 9, 1993. He is the group's rapper and songwriter. Fans describe him as a reserved and thoughtful person.
Suga also produces music under the pseudonym Agust D.
The Group's History BTS
The band's full name is Bangtan Sonyeondan (BTS). In Korean, Bangtan means “bulletproof” and Sonyeondan means “scouts” or “young boys.” It is often translated as Bangtan Boys, the idea of a youth that rejects prejudice.
BTS has attracted millions of fans through its songs and world tours. Its fan community calls itself ARMY.
The group's official launch took place in June 2013, but the recruitment of members began well before that. In fact, as early as 2010, Big Hit Entertainment is holding nationwide auditions in South Korea to select members for the future group.
From 2010 to 2013, the members trained in singing, rapping, and dancing leading up to their debut.
The debut album by BTS, “2 Cool 4 Skool,” kicks off the famous “School Trilogy.” From that moment on, the seven artists made their mark on K-pop fans with a distinct urban style. During this same period, two mini-albums were released: “O!RUL8,2?” and “Skool Luv Affair.”.
Their 2014 comeback reinforced this momentum with the album “Dark & Wild,” which was accompanied by international tours. Tickets for concerts in New York, Brazil, and Chicago sold out in no time.
In 2015, Bangtan entered the U.S. charts with “The Most Beautiful Moment in Life pt. 1,” also known as “HYYH pt. 1.” At the time, it was the only Korean album on the chart. An announcement in September 2015 confirmed the upcoming release of the second part. Upon its official release, the group climbed even higher and secured a lasting spot at the top.
In the years that followed, BTS has enjoyed a string of international successes. The band has won several awards at the Billboard Music Awards starting in 2017. Their albums “Love Yourself” and “Map of the Soul” have sold millions of copies worldwide. The group’s music extends far beyond the boundaries of K-pop.
