Place a buff [ATK Increase] by 50% on all allies for 2 turns, then increases the Turn Meter of all allies by 30%. Heals all allies for 25% of MAX HP if they have less than 50% of HP.

A4 = Call of Fate | CD = 7 rounds
Revives all dead allies with 35% HP, then fills all allies' turn counters with 20%.
Grants this champion an extra turn if an ally has been revived.
