Attacks an enemy. Has 50% chance to place a debuff [Decrease in ITV] of 30% for 2 turns.
If the initial target is afflicted with 2 or more debuffs, attack all enemies instead. This attack has a 40% chance of placing a debuff [Reduced VIT] of 30% for 2 turns.
Then place a debuff [Sleep] on this champion for 1 turn. This debuff cannot be resisted or blocked.

Attack all enemies. Before attacking, place a [Shieldequivalent to 30% of their MAX HP for 2 turns. Also increases the duration of all allied buffs by 1 turn.
After attacking, has a 75% chance to reduce the duration of all enemy buffs by 1 turn, even if the attack is a weak strike. Also increases the value of buffs by 2% [Shield] on all allies for each enemy buff whose duration has been reduced by this skill.
Then place a debuff [Sleep] on this champion for 1 turn. This debuff cannot be resisted or blocked.

Then, has 75% chance to place a debuff [Decay] on the targeted enemy for 2 turns. It is impossible to place the debuff [Decay] on Bosses. Also has 75% chance to place a debuff [Reduction of PRE] of 50% on all enemies for 2 turns.
Finally, place a debuff [Sleep] on this champion for 1 turn. This debuff cannot be resisted or blocked.

At the beginning of this champion's turn, remove all debuffs [Sleep] on this champ.
[Effect active]
Transfers all debuffs of this champion to the enemy with the highest RES, if a debuff [Sleephas been removed from this champion by its passive skill. This effect is impossible to resist.
