Epic champion for August 2022 fusion. I'm not a fan of the kit because it's only small buffs, not 100% break chance ATK. Not really a fan of the champion.

Whenever an enemy under debuff [HP Burn] gets a turn, reduces the duration of 2 random buffs on this enemy by 1 turn.
