History of Elenaril (Elenaril)
The High Elves pride themselves on their advanced and complex legal system, the tenets of which, on paper, call upon the king or queen to guarantee fair and impartial justice to all their subjects. Of course, the reality is much more difficult than that. Nobles and other holders of power often act according to their own laws, escaping punishment while a more humble person would pay a heavy price for their transgression. Yet the nobles are not completely immune. Few curiosities cause so much concern and fear in Queen Eva's court as Royal Adjudicator Elenaril. Herself of high birth, she is called upon to settle disputes between her peers or judge them for their crimes. Intrigue and assassination are particularly common crimes, and so Elenaril has been the target of foolish would-be assassins more than once. She is as skilled with a bow as she is with the manners of the court and her knowledge of Aravian law. More than once, an assassination attempt has resulted in Elenaril serving as both judge and executioner, sometimes by an arrow to the heart, sometimes by more subtle means. It is no coincidence that she is well acquainted with the most potent poisons known to Elven alchemists and always has a large supply of them on her person.

This is one of the few pages where I disagree.
She's a very good champion to ride at 60 if you can afford it. She is very well balanced, but only useful occasionally for bdc and spiders.
The set recommendations for this character are, I think, wrong because precision/perception are not useful with her. Indeed, it's impossible to resist her hp burn and there's no percentage chance of success for her poison. I find it hard to understand the real usefulness of her 3rd skill otherwise...
