Les guerriers sauvages de Norr font l’objet de nombreux récits. Finalement, seuls Ulf et Arne restèrent debout, saignant des innombrables blessures infligées par les dents et les griffes, mais défiants.

Comme un seul homme, ils attaquèrent la bête, et tandis qu’Ulf la distrayait, Arne enfonça sa lance dans le cœur noir de l’ours.
