History of Roshcard the tower
Surnommé “la Tour” en raison de sa taille impressionnante et de ses méthodes de combat défensives inflexibles, le Sénéchal Roshcard est bien connu dans les rangs de l’Ordre sacré et au-delà. Malgré son rang élevé, on le trouve toujours en train de mener des attaques et d’affronter les pires dangers aux côtés de ses frères et sœurs.
Une histoire raconte les actions héroïques de Roshcard lors du siège de Dreadfang – une ancienne ruine qui avait été transformée en une puissante forteresse par un seigneur vampire en puissance. Ignorant les probabilités, Roshcard partit avec l’avant-garde de son armée, menant personnellement l’assaut.
Lorsque les tours de siège percèrent enfin les murs et que les rampes s’écrasèrent sur les remparts, c’est le Sénéchal qui fonça tête baissée sur les hordes de goules et de guerriers squelettiques. Aucun ne pouvait résister à sa puissance, et les morts-vivants ont été balayés, projetés hors des murs en masse à chaque coup de marteau du saint guerrier.
On dit que l’arme de Roshcard émanait de la lumière pure lorsqu’il a affronté le seigneur des vampires en combat singulier et l’a terrassé. Leur maître banni, les morts-vivants s’effondrèrent à leur tour et se transformèrent en poussière.
Ce jour-là, Roshcard fut salué comme le champion de Lumaya, non seulement par les templiers qu’il dirigeait, mais aussi par les habitants de la ville qui avaient beaucoup souffert des mains du vampire. Certains disent même que c’est à ce moment-là que son surnom est né, bien qu’il n’y ait aucun moyen de le savoir avec certitude.
