Isolated Grace Spot in Stormveil Castle: Walk straight ahead from the Grace Spot to find seven Living Jars and one Large Living Jar.
Royal Moon Viewing Grounds Caria Manor Grace Site: From the Grace Site, return to the manor and descend a series of platforms to the south-southwest to find one large living jar and several small ones. After eliminating this group, you can continue down the cliff to find more living jars, for a total of twelve small jars and three large ones.
Volcano Manor: From the grace site at the Prison Town Church, exit through the south doors, turn right, and run west on the path toward the first smoking chimney, but head directly to the smoking chimney to the left of the first one and climb down onto the rocky ledge below. Turn left toward the southeast, climb down onto the roof below, then turn around and climb down into the graveyard. There are a total of 12 jars (11 small and 1 large). Three are on an island in the lava river, and there are seven more to the west. Note that these jars explode, so if you hit one and step back, you will quickly get rid of all or most of them. The remaining small jar and the large one (both of which can be targeted and will not explode, unlike the others) are located just to the east.
