Hogwarts Legacy is an ambitious project that was developed over many years before finally being released. This open-world RPG sets the scene in the Hogwarts universe of the 1890s and allows players to create and customize their own character.
During your adventure in this world of sorcery, you will certainly need to gather the different ingredients to prepare the potions. Fluxweed, for example, is a primary resource both for completing a particular job and for brewing important potions. We are going to see how to get fluxweed stems in Hogwarts Legacy.

What is the Fluxweed stem used for?
Just like other plants and ingredients such as Abyssinian Fig Fruit or Shrivelfig, Fluxweed Stem is a valuable resource in potion brewing. In fact, it's essential for brewing the Concentration Potion and Felix Felicis, as well as completing Professor Sharp's missions. Focus Potion reduces spell cooldown when its drinker is drunk, while Felix Felicis increases your luck and reveals large loot chests on the minimap for an entire day. You'll probably need the recipe first, so be sure to drop by J. Pippin's potion shop in Hogsmeade to purchase them.
How to get Fluxweed in Hogwarts Legacy?
The best way to find Fluxweed and its seeds is to go to Hogsmeade. To the west of town, you'll come across a bearded individual known as Timothy Teasdale, sitting next to a small cart full of plants. This is The Magic Neep, a place that sells both herbs and seeds that can be used and grown.
As these are highly sought-after items, they are obviously expensive: the rod is sold at 50 galleons, and seed packets to 350 galleons each. So it's best to make sure you've saved up some money to acquire these goods and the materials needed to grow them in the Room of Requirement.
