Professor Weasley's Duty
Professor Weasley, in her Transfiguration class, suggests you learn the transformation spell by looking for two Guides at Hogwarts. To find the first one that is in the underground port, you need to follow the quest on the map and follow the path to the cave under the castle.
If you have trouble finding the entrance from inside the castle, the underground port can be reached from the outside by going to the boathouse and flying to the underground port on a broomstick. However, you have to disassemble the broom and swim inside to get inside. You can then locate the Guide with the Revelio spell.
As for the second Guide, you have to go to the library, climb the stairs to the first floor and talk to Sophronia Franklin in the far corner. You can get the Guide by running Revelio, but since Sophronia is currently in possession of the book Professor Weasley wants to examine, you'll need to try to convince her to hand it over to you first.

In the library, Sophronia will ask you a series of questions relating to the history of the wizarding world which you must answer correctly to obtain the second Guide. Those who managed to answer these ten questions will now have to answer ten other equally difficult questions, or even more. Much of this quiz requires players to have already accumulated a deep knowledge of the wizarding world. So it's likely that most players will struggle to answer correctly, especially at this stage of the game.

If you answer all twenty-five quiz questions, Sophronia will congratulate you on your knowledge of the wizarding world. Choosing to continue answering questions instead of picking up the Guide will now give you the option to acquire it. Once you have obtained the guide, you must continue the quest and go to Professor Weasley's classroom, where you will see a short scene explaining what transfiguration entails.
At the end of the scene, you can approach Professor Weasley, who will congratulate you on collecting the guides and teach you transformation spell. She will then comment on your progress before allowing you to practice your new spell in the safety of her classroom. The transformation spell is particularly useful for those who wish to experience a more humorous side to combat, as it can be used to transform enemies into bizarre things.
