Exclusive quests in the four houses are quests specific to a particular house. They allow you to meet the ghost of Choucas, who knows where the missing pages of the book acquired earlier in the story are. These pages are automatically launched after Botany and Potions classes, as well as Merlin's tests.
You can also start with side quests, such as the quest for books to take off. You will also find other quests. Hogwarts Legacy, exclusive quest in Gryffindor house: the hunt for missing pages
As a Gryffindor student,
- You start the hunt for missing pages by talking to Nick Quasi-Sans-Tête, the house ghost who hangs around the hourglasses.
In fact, he offers his help in exchange for something he intends to bring to the Headless Hunters club in order to impress them and join (the Headless Hunters refused to let him join the club because he is not completely headless).
- After this episode, you will find yourself in front of the’secret entrance which allows you to enter the Hogwarts kitchens, right next to the Hufflepuff common room.
- A pear that you must tickle Hide the door, and you will find a piece of rotten roast beef on a barrel inside (which Nick Quasi Headless asked you to bring him).
- You will then need to find a pumpkin patch near the Hogsmeade cemetery and meet the Headless Hunters club.
- Then you have to chase a ghost hiding in the pumpkins, which you must destroy to find the Jackdaw's head.
- Once you've destroyed the right pumpkin, you'll have finished the quest.
Hufflepuff House: Prisoner of Love
For Hufflepuffs, this quest begins with uA conversation with the portrait of Eldritch Diggory, who seems to know something about the book from the Common Room. He thinks this book is related to a murder case investigated by her great-niece Helen Thistlewood.
Now that she is a retired Auror, you are going to visit To learn more. Helen Thistlewood then explains that Anne is blamed for Richard Choucas' death by Apollonia Black, because of her jealousy of the relationship between Richard Choucas and Anne.
Anne was trying to solve a kind of puzzle that Choucas had given her so that she could meet him, but she didn't succeed. Helen thinks she may have already solved it, but since she's in Azkaban, she's reluctant and hesitant to talk to people after years of torture at the mercy of the Detachers.
Helen suggests that a Hogwarts student could be more familiar with Anne and thus be able to reach it. You will therefore leave for Azkaban, where you will talk to Anne and get clues about a cave in Campolard-en-Haut. In this cave, you will find a puzzle consisting of six blocks that can be pulled using Accio.
L'using Revelio will turn some of them blue, and pulling them will open the way forward and give you the opportunity to take the note that Choucas left for Anne. As you leave, you'll encounter the ghost of Choucas, and the quest will come to an end.

Ravenclaw House: Ollivander's Legacy

If you have chosen the Serdaigle house:
You start this quest by helping Ollivander to find an inherited wand that was stolen long ago by Richard Choucas. Above the Owl are several small alcoves, some of which have rings that can be pulled with the Accio spell. The other alcoves contain statues of Choucas that are necessary to continue.
To complete the quest in the Serdaigle house:
- Collect the first three statues;
- Place them in the indicated locations, then climb the ladder to find other alcoves and two more statues. ;
- After these statues have joined the others, you'll be propelled to the top of the Owl in a scene. There, you'll meet Choucas, who will help you find the wand and the missing pages, and you'll complete the quest.
Maison Serpentard: Scrope's last hope
If you're more of a Slytherin girl, thehe quest begins with a message from Scropea house elf:
- He will ask you to find a second note he left for you in the clock courtyard, which is fairly easy to find since it is located in the mouth of a Gryphon statue.
- When you open it, you will learn that the treasure hunt is not over yet, and then you will have to cross the wooden bridge to find another note, which is located at the top of a rock on the left and can be reached by placing a crate in position using the Accio spell.
- The note contains a index on the location of the last note, inside a pumpkin at the bottom of the hill, which must be opened using the basic spell cast. This will eventually lead you to an area near the pontoons where you can meet Scrope.
The director's house elf needs help retrieving a ring from a cave and claims that his former mistress, Apollonia Black, knew something about the lost pages and used the cave as a place of study.
- Enter the cave by swimming a little, then examine the pedestal near the mural. Accept a toast to pave the way forward and consult Apollonia's notes.
- This is where Choucas appears, and where your quest ends.
