When is the next Monopoly GO Treasures event?
The Treasures event is not something that happens every week, which is why many players eagerly await it! The Treasures event takes place approximately once a month, which does not happen often. In addition, this event usually lasts between 4 and 5 days.
Please note that I will be publishing an article a few days before the start of the Treasures event so that you can know the information in advance such as the date of the next Treasures event and the rewards to be won. What is the Treasures event on Monopoly GO?
The Treasures event on Monopoly GO is an event where you must find objects that have gone underground. You have to collect picks using the various events offered by the game to find all the hidden objects. Treasures can be found both horizontally and vertically.

Here's how the Pick event works on Monopoly GO:

As you can see, several objects are hidden under blocks, and you must click on them to try to find the object. Each broken block costs you 1 pick..
Furthermore, it is not possible to know the location of a treasure on Monopoly GO, as the location is different for each player. So there's no point asking your friends where their items are, as they won't be in the same place for you. However, I'm going to give you a few tips that I use during this event to complete it in its entirety and get the most out of it!
How to get pickaxes on Monopoly GO for the Treasures event?
There are different ways to get pickaxes on Monopoly GO in order to destroy the various blocks and find all the items.
Here are the different ways to get picks in the Monopoly GO pick event:
- Thanks to events and tournaments ! You can also find the Monopoly GO event board which lists all the awards for each event (very useful for finding out how many picks you can earn and at which stages) ;
- By taking the free gift which is available in the store every eight hours;
- By performing the quick wins every day, you can also get picks (they change every day at 3 p.m.);
- Directly thanks to theevent Treasures since it gives you a few picks at certain stages.
As you can see, pick gain is quite varied, but you have to make sure you use them correctly and optimally.
Tips to know for the Treasures event!
Now that you know what a Treasures event is, I'm going to share with you the different tips that I use to maximize the number of picks and dice I get! Here are the different tips for the pick event:
- Getting the event off to a good start:
Just before, I told you that you can get picks thanks to quick wins and the store's free gift. So you can optimize this reward right from the start. Since I share the date and time of the start of the Treasures event with you a few days in advance, you know what time the event will begin. You must therefore collect the free gift at the start of the event (and not before), and the same applies to quick wins. I will give a concrete example to make this clearer.
Let's imagine that the Treasures event starts on April 15 at 1:59 p.m.:
- I remind you that quick wins change daily at 3:00 p.m.. Collect your quick winnings from April 14 when the draw event begins. (April 15 at 2:10 p.m., for example) to get a few picks at the start of the event. And you can get more at 3 p.m. when the quick wins change. If you had collected your quick wins on April 14 at 10 a.m., you wouldn't have gotten those extra picks, because the event doesn't start until 1:59 p.m. And since you can collect quick win rewards whenever you want, it's better to wait until the pick event starts to collect them, because that way you'll always get extra picks!
- Wait before picking up your free gift in the store. If you claim your free gift at 10:00 a.m., you won't be able to claim it again at 1:59 p.m. sharp, so you'll lose a gift and that means fewer draws! I recommend waiting until the event starts (i.e., 1:59 p.m.) to claim your free Monopoly GO gift, which is available in the store every 8 hours.
Without even realizing it, these two little methods will allow you to earn a few extra picks, which is far from negligible.
- Optimizing the search for treasures :
It may seem logical, but try toOptimize your search for itemsRemember the size of each treasure and make wise choices. For example, if there is an object that takes up 3 squares, there is no point in breaking the squares where there are only 2 blocks left, because the object will not be able to hide there. Break the blocks where the 3-square-long object is likely to be found. The secret is to play logically. It's important to maximize your draws, as they can be used to win even more dice! I'll explain why and how right now.
- Converting picks into dice!
What do you mean? Pickaxes can turn into dice? Well, the answer is... yes! When you finish the treasure event (when you complete the last stage), the remaining pickaxes will be converted into dice. And this conversion is very profitable: 1 pick = 3 dice When I heard this information, I thought it would be interesting to finish the Treasures event as late as possible to get several thousand extra dice. I'll explain how I personally go about it.
First, I do the event draw as normal, except that I stop at the last stage so that I have to break one last block to finish the event (but I don't break it right away, of course). Here's a picture of how I do it:

As you can see in the image above, there is only one block left before I complete the event. So, knowing that I am only on the second day of the event, I decide to do not break this last square and continue to accumulate as many pickaxes as possible! So I'm going to play the different events, collect the free gift from the store every 8 hours, and make my quick winnings. A few hours before the end of the event, I finish my Treasures event by breaking the last box, which allows me to win several dice:

You see, my remaining picks have been converted, and so I have won over 1,000 dice If I had completed the Treasures event two days before the end, I would have only earned a few dice, whereas now I'm earning a lot more! You just have to remember to finish the event before the end. I invite you to do the same, because who wouldn't want free dice?
These are the different tips I use during the Treasures event. I invite you to do the same to maximize your rewards! 🙂
