How do I use the Thoroughbred Knight's Medal in Elden Ring?

The Thoroughbred Knight Medal can be used to grant an audience with Mohg. It teleports the player just outside the steps of Mohgwyn Palace, near the entrance to the Dynasty's Mausoleum of Grace.
It can also be reused indefinitely to teleport to this grace, allowing the player to teleport to safety.
- Unlike normal teleportation, this medal works in combat or in boss arenas.
- It cannot be used when the player is blocked by teleportation.

White Mask Varre's message "don't use it for now" is a mistake. He is waiting for the Mohg dynasty, which will never come and is a foolish hope (according to Gideon Ofnir) – there is no further incentive to use it.
