How does the WHOOP subscription work?
For theWHOOP monthly subscription, Payment is by direct debit each month. After the 12-month commitment period, you can stop monthly payments at any time.
As for the 12 or 24-month subscriptionsbilling is annual. Payment is automatically renewed on the "activation date" of your WHOOP bracelet.
One month before this date, WHOOP will send you a reminder e-mail. You then have several options:
- Renew your WHOOP subscription,
- Cancel your subscription,
- Or switch to the monthly billing cycle.
Be careful! Make sure you don't exceed your 12- or 24-month period, or billing will be automatically renewed with a new one- or two-year commitment.

How do I stop my WHOOP subscription?
To cancel your WHOOP subscriptionit's very simple:
- Visit theWHOOP application,
- Then go to the MEMBERSHIP (Membership in English),
- Click on CANCEL (Cancel) button at the bottom of the page,
- You will then receive a confirmation of cancellation.
Your subscription will be automatically cancelled at the end of your 12- or 24-month commitment.
Important!
- You can cancel your WHOOP subscription at any time,
- BUT you will still have to pay the remaining months,
- You'll still have access to the application until your subscription expires.
What is a WHOOP Pro subscription?
WHOOP Pro is a additional subscription which entitles you to certain privileges:
- Free delivery,
- Free products every quarter,
- A 20 % discount on WHOOP accessories.
The principle involves adding WHOOP Pro to your subscription, you pay an additional 12 euros per month. Please note, however, that this formula is only available to subscribers to the annual or 24-month formulas.
Important! Unfortunately, the WHOOP Pro is no longer available. WHOOP has confirmed by e-mail that the form has been definitively cancelled. It is therefore no longer possible to take advantage of it.
