We give you advice on mastery. These master's degrees will help you in 95 % of cases, but you have to try to understand why a particular choice was made. The best thing would be to understand why certain masteries have been recommended to you, so that you can modify 1 or 2 masteries in your choice according to your needs.

It is well known that the Dark Elves descended from the exiles who fled the fledgling kingdom of Aravia after a bloody civil war. It was not political intrigue that led to the conflict, but rather the fascination of a significant portion of the Elvish aristocracy with the forbidden arts of dark magic. Fearing the effects of such malignant power, the rulers of Elven humanity sought to end this practice decisively. Though dishonored and defeated, the Dark Elves still practice their arts far from the gleaming spiers of their homeland, vowing to one day return and claim what is rightfully theirs. But High Elf royalty was right to fear dark magic. Its practice attracts the attention of Siroth's minions, its effects often anathema to all that is sacred in Lumaya's creation. And it imposes a heavy price on those who practice it. The sallow or dreadfully blue complexion, the fiery orange eyes are typical Dark Elf traits, and they were not adopted naturally. Yet the power the Dark Arts bestow is exceptional, and many seek to take it, no matter the cost. The Reaper, though a warrior at heart, has learned well the subtle manipulation of energy through sacrifice. A word from her lips can weaken her foes, making them easy prey for her and her allies, her scythe slashing with a blood-chilling howl that seems to prevent any harmless magic from manifesting. Time itself can change course at her command – or at least she can create the illusion of it, confusing her enemies and taking advantage of their clumsiness.
