Story of Reindeer Bestial (Reinbeast)
Outcast among outcasts, the Reinbeast's very survival is as much a miracle as it is a testament to its strength and determination. Born in the darkest depths of Durkham Forest on a cold winter morning, he was immediately marked by the strange color of his coat and his glowing nose. Throughout his childhood, the Reinbeast had to fight anyone who wanted to kick him out. But beatings and cruelty only hardened the poor creature and taught her to stand tall and proud no matter what. But one stormy night, as the wind howled like a wounded dragon between the twisting and gnarled trees of Durkham, and a terrible blizzard swept across the land, his fate changed forever. Forced out in the night by the chief of his tribe for a senseless race that would undoubtedly lead to his death, the Fox came across a most disconcerting sight. A sled full of strange objects was there, stuck in the ice, and a man in silver and red armor was working tirelessly to repair the damage. A small pack of reindeer shivered beside him, cold and tired, unable to pull the heavy team. At first suspicious, the reindeer was touched by the pure light that seemed to emanate from this mysterious human, and by the care he took to help his exhausted mounts. He cautiously approached and offered his help in a rough common tongue. To his surprise, the man's words echoed in his mind with force and clarity, as if they had been spoken by one of his own. Sir Nicholas, as the stranger presented himself, was very grateful for this help. With the reindeer now in the lead, his own reindeer finally managed to free the sled and continue on their way. With unheard-of magic, they traversed Teleria in a single night to reward the righteous and punish the wicked, with the reindeer's glowing nose leading the way. It's no surprise that when offered a simple wish for his selfless help, the reindeer asked to remain in Sir Nicholas' service. That's how he remained for centuries, pulling the mighty sled through blizzards and storms, and fighting alongside Sir Nicholas when the need arose.
