Woojer Edge review, my Woojer review!
Hi everyone, today 08/10/2021 I bought the Woojer Edge released not so long ago in France (edition). My test and assessment is updated for the year 2022!

Opinion on the function of the Woojer Edge.
Already for those who are interested I received it 6 days after ordering it.
For the packaging, everything is perfect, nothing to say.

When I opened the whole package, here is all that we find:
For the implementation on the other hand a little more hassle, if it is for a telephone with a wired headset it is very simple otherwise it is not the best with 2 Bluetooth devices on PC. On mobile it is much simpler.
It took me 30 minutes to make it work on my PC and I know Voice Meter Banana so I'll give you a tutorial for those who want.
Otherwise by still really testing, I update the article tomorrow or the day after. But it's pretty good for a start. I just advise you to press for the start until it flashes because on my side it takes more than 5 seconds. (The article is updated for those who want)
Opinion after testing the Woojer Edge 72H.
Read the entire review, my assessment and my conclusion.
First day :
I left the basic settings. (that's the problem, they have to be changed)
I was disappointed with the woojer at the very beginning (read the full story), I'm not going to hide it, I was expecting a like in the videos saying WTF, it's too good. I could feel the bass a bit but I really had to crank it up to feel anything.
Battery life : 8 hours of autonomy fully recharged.
The second day :
I changed the settings and set the feel to max. And I was really surprised it moves a lot !!! On the other hand, on games like Tarkov, you really have to put the game to the fullest. I'm not used to it, I have all the sounds at a minimum. For example if you put your hand in front of you feel it vibrate to the point where it takes off the woojer.
But suddenly the experience is really great if you put everything into it.
The third day :
I forgot to put the Woojer to load. So don't make the same mistake.
The rest of the week :
I used it in the evening and it was really nice. I recommend you to test it and configure it well.
Summary on the Woojer.
Well set up and with the right "sound" it's really GENIAL!!! But be careful because if you don't have the sound at max it's not much use I find especially on video games. And then as put on the third day we must not forget to load it haha. But hey at least it allows you to talk about this problem if you too have no head.
What I will do: If you really want to test it, do it and at worst you can ask for a refund within 30 days. This gives you plenty of time to test it.

Well many contacted me on Discord ok, but what is it exactly?
For information on woojer Edge = woojer Strap !
Some call it differently but it is exactly the same product.
It is positioned in different places on the body, for example on the back of the body or on the stomach.
First of all some have already heard of Bassme. They did the same as Bassme but with the strap and especially the “vest”. What allows the Bassme is to be able to feel, like an amplifier, the bass of the music. You discover sensations and an immersion with music, video games via vibrations. Your audio remains the same, but with the device / haptic module you have new sensations. (That's what they sell us, in reality you really have to be used to listening to loud sound). So for that I advise you to test it, and if you don't like it, you get your money back. It is not available on Amazon. It is better to buy it on the site (link above). On Amazon you will find belts with haptic speaker module that were released not long ago that I do not know at all.
Other information :
It is possible to connect the strap to the Oculus Quest. Since I don't have an Oculus Quest I can't tell you what it does but I advise you to test it!

Delivery of products in France?
Yes Woojer sends the products in France but all over the world too!

For me the best use is going to be for those on laptops (Iphone and Android), they're going to have a wireless product, no USB headsets or jack wires, wired stuff dangling everywhere, you'll have to turn the volume all the way up the laptop and on the headphones a little less loud. Or the best would be a Bluetooth speaker. Or even a helmet.
For those who make video games, who want a sound experience and want total immersion, you have to test with the oculus rift many people in France use it. And it has even become a fashion. Well, we don't yet have a video game on a laptop that uses the oculus (although if anyone knows, let me know unless it's on an Iphone ^^).
If I have to sum it all up in one sentence:
The woojer is a product that can be combined with any sound device (headphones, portable speaker, subwoofer) it connects via Bluetooth, you just need to recharge it via a USB cable. So no need to be "wired". it allows you to feel the music with bass vibrations, a better immersion in reality (since you feel the vibrations). It is an amplifier of the source you hear.
Hoping that this page will have helped you in your choice, after my test, I advise you to take it and get a refund if you don't like it.
If you have questions about Woojer products, that you need help adjusting your strap, the volume and everything that will be the audio (Bluetooth speaker, subwoofer, loudspeaker, volume) I can help you if the video from the official site does not help you. I saw the ads on Instagram, looking in the comments under the ad I was a little confused about the product. Then I said to myself that I was going to test for my birthday. So I took it, a little disappointed with the waiting time to receive it, I had to wait almost 2 weeks to receive it.
But on the other hand when I received the Woojer Edge and I tested it by putting everything on the bottom because otherwise you don't feel much or nothing, it's really great! You feel everything, especially during movies and everything.
I also decided to take the Haptic Vest for Black Friday and now they send it to us within 48 hours so to see but I really want to test it. If anyone is interested in a return to the Vest Haptique, you will have to tell me. I don't know if we receive a notification when we leave a comment.

One point intrigues me. In all the comments it is said to turn the sound on! So if I'm playing a video game I have to turn the sound up even if it's not pleasant? If I listen to music in headphones, I will have to put up with listening to the music at full volume, even if it means damaging my ears (I have already had tinnitus). Or is there an independent volume on the belt and this one we put it all the way up but on the audio side we can put it on normal (if I push it to the extreme I would say put the sound very low so as not to disturb but to have the haptic fully to take advantage of the effects of this belt)?
Another point that surprises me. We are talking about a price of 127 EUR but on the woojer site it is 149 EUR (black friday suite). So we raised the price quite a bit for the same model?

So for the belt there is an independent button but which will also be connected to the sound.
For example if you put the strap at 100% of vibration and the sound at 1% you will not feel much. If you put the sound at 100% you will feel huge vibrations. For my part I had to put 40-50% sound to really feel the vibrations. And at 100% it was insane but I'm really not used to it, I always have the sound at 5% on my side so the vibrations I was disappointed, afterwards with VoiceMeter and if you manage to adjust everything well you can increase the sound for the woojer to 500% and suddenly it will move thoroughly but it's quite a hassle to set up I'm not going to hide it from you.
In any case, my advice is that if you have the means and the desire to go test it, then you must clearly not forget that it is a GADGET! So not really not mandatory 😉 (if you have any other questions, tell me and if the comment is useful too!)

Thanks for your page. I just received the Woojer strap and even when I put everything on full blast, I feel absolutely no difference with listening to music on my phone (iPhone). I must have bugged somewhere…yet everything is on and in bluetooth…I don't understand. Thanks for any help you may have.
