How do young driver points work?

2 years for 12 points

3 years for 12 points

If you commit further driving offenses two years after the last offence, the recovery period for the 12 points will be extended by 3 years. On the other hand, you must pay all of your offenses to be able to recover the 12 points.

10 years for 12 points
