Plants are very useful in Hogwarts Legacy, especially for potion making. In this tutorial we are going to talk about the different plants and all the ingredients that exist in the game and see how to get them.

The list of plants and seeds in Hogwarts Legacy
Here are the plants you can find in the game:
- Chinese Biting Cabbage : It is a red plant with the appearance of a cabbage, which is used to inflict damage to the enemy.
- poisonous tentacle : You can shoot venom at your enemy by deploying the venomous tentacles.
- Mandrake: : A plant with a root that can scream, the cry of a mandrake's plant makes anyone who hears it lose consciousness.
- Dictame : Has healing and restorative effects.
- Horglup Mushroom : These plants are used to make the Wiggenweld Potion.
- soft purple : A magic herb whose smoke the Centaurs inhale while burning it in order to be able to observe the stars. Useful for Merlin's Trials.
- Abyssinian fig fruit : This fruit would have abilities to cancel spells.
The list of ingredients for each potion and where to find them
- Concentration Potion
- Lacewing Fly : You can find it on Hogsmeade or buy it at the 2 stores.
- Symbrium stem : You can find it on Hogsmeade or buy it at the 2 stores.
- muddy tongue : You can find it on Hogsmeade or buy it at the 2 stores.
- Brew Potion :
- leech juice : You can find it on Hogsmeade or buy it at the 2 stores.
- Abyssinian fig fruit : You can find it on Hogsmeade or buy it at the 2 stores.
- smell of death : You can find it on Hogsmeade or buy it at the 2 stores.
- Edurus Potion :
- ash serpent egg : Obtained by killing ash serpents around the school or can be purchased from both stores.
- dog fur : Obtained by killing dogs around the school or can be purchased from both stores.
- Maximum Potion
- leech juice : Can be found on Hogsmeade and on sale at both stores.
- spider fang : Obtained by killing spiders around the school or can be purchased from both stores.
- Wiggenweld Potion
- Horglup Juice :
- Dictame sheet : This plant is unlocked by following the story until main quest N°12.
