The Mega Heist event gives you a chance to win a huge amount of money during your bank heists, which is a great way to increase your prize pool considerably. What is the Mega Heist boost on Monopoly GO?

The Mega Heist boost enables you to earn money. Indeed, during this event, you have a chance that your Bank Robbery will turn into a Mega Bank Robbery. You'll get a multiplier between x2 and x5 (This means that your base winnings can be up to x5 more than usual!) In short, during this event, you'll have a chance to pull off a Mega Heist during the bank heists, and earn even more money than usual.

As the image above shows, the Mega Robbery has a chance of happening when you land on the station square (and if it's a Bank Robbery): so it doesn't always happen! And the higher your multiplier, the more money you'll earn.

The Mega Heist event also allows you to earn more points during tournaments!

As you can see from the image, during a bank robbery (and the Mega Bank Robbery, of course), you'll earn 4 more points than without the Mega Bank Robbery boost. This can be really interesting if you want to climb the rankings quickly in various tournaments.

The Mega Heist boost generally lasts between 45 minutes and 1 hour, which is more than enough time to adopt a game strategy!

How to use the Mega Heist boost effectively?

I'm going to give you a few tips on how to get the most out of your Mega Heist boost. Indeed, it can be interesting to combine Mega Heist with other boosts!

Combine Mega Heist and High Roller boosts

First trick I try to use whenever possible. The High Roller allows you to set a higher multiplier than usual (up to x1000). So, if you set a high multiplier and hit a Mega Heist during the boost, you're going to make a lot of money! Don't overdo it, though, as the dice can quickly drop.

Combine Mega Heist boost and Silver Boost

My second tip, which I also use whenever possible (the two boosts must be in the same time slot), is to link the Mega Heist boost to the Silver Boost. The Boost d'Argent boost allows you to earn a boost of money for a few minutes. So, if you manage to pull off Mega Heists during the Silver Boost, you'll earn a huge amount of money. This will come in very handy for building your villages.

Best: Combine Mega Heist + High Roller + Silver Boost

As you can imagine, if you manage to link these three boosts at the same time, you'll maximize your earnings! Not to be overlooked at all. Playing with a high multiplier allows you to earn more money, knowing that the Mega Heist also earns you more money, and the Silver Boost even more! What more could you ask for?
