  1. Preety sure they changed card requirements for legendaries , lv7->lv8 requires 1 card + 1 sphere
    Lv8->lv9 requires 2 cards + 3 spheres
    Lv9->lv10 requires 3 cards + 5 spheres
    Lv10->lv11 requires 4 cards + 5 spheres
    After that for each level you need same amount of cards and spheres
