How to use Pure Gold Needle in Elden Ring?

The Pure Golden Needle can be used to ward off interference from outside Gods.
By bringing the Pure Gold Needle to the Scarlet Aeonia after defeating Malenia, Blade of Miquella, the player will receive the Needle of Miquella and a Forge Stone of the Dark Ancient Dragon.

– The Pure Gold Needle that grants Miquella's Needle only works after completing Millicent's quest. Attempting to return the repaired needle to Scarlet Aeonia without giving it to Millicent (and thus starting her quest) will not work.
– After completing Millicent's quest and retrieving the unalloyed gold needle, the description changes:
– A non-alloyed gold needle, manufactured using a complex process.
- Taken from Millicent's flesh. It bears no trace of soiled blood, but is slightly moist with dew.
“There is something I must give back to Malenia. The dignity, the sense of self, that allowed her to resist the call of the scarlet rot.”
